Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with deep expertise in implantable ports, PICCs, and related vascular access accessories. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling these products to hospitals, private clinics, purchasing organizations, and healthcare networks, and has an established network of key decision-makers in the region.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on sales professional who can leverage strong product knowledge, previous commercial success, and an existing customer network to drive growth in the implantable ports portfolio. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in improving patients' lives by ensuring access to high-quality solutions for long-term medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for implantable ports, PICCs, and related vascular access products across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Utilize deep clinical knowledge and understanding of vascular access therapies to support customers and promote best-practice solutions.
• Leverage an established professional network to expand market access and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders within hospitals, private clinics, and procurement organizations.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, clinical support, and management to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and CRM data.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in selling implantable ports, PICCs, or vascular access devices within the medical technology industry.
• Strong network of contacts within hospitals, private clinics, and purchasing bodies in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Strong knowledge of the tender process with faculty hospitals and public procurement procedures.
• Proven commercial success and the ability to autonomously drive sales performance.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows in oncology, infusion therapy, vascular access, or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage territory priorities, and travel as needed.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak; business-level English is an advantage.
