Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative with strong expertise in implantable ports, PICCs, and related vascular access accessories. The ideal candidate has a proven history of successfully promoting these products to hospitals, private clinics, and purchasing organizations, supported by a solid professional network within the regional healthcare sector.

This is a hands-on, field-focused commercial role suitable for a motivated sales professional who thrives in customer interaction, product promotion, and relationship development. The Senior Sales Representative will help drive adoption of high-quality solutions that improve the lives of patients requiring long-term medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell implantable ports, PICCs, and related vascular access products across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Apply strong clinical and product knowledge to support healthcare professionals and ensure correct product use.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective territory management.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations in hospitals and private clinics.
• Monitor competitive landscape and gather customer insights to support commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing activities, product launches, and customer service needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and activity tracking.

Requirements

• Solid experience in selling implantable ports, PICCs, or vascular access products within the medical technology field.
• Established network of contacts within hospitals, private clinics, and purchasing organizations in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Good understanding of the tender process with faculty hospitals and public procurement procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and independently manage a sales territory.
• Understanding of clinical workflows in oncology, infusion therapy, vascular access, or related areas.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak; English proficiency is an advantage.
